Do the Professional Weather Stations Show Advanced future Forecast?

The Laccrosse technology, oreogon scientifc, davis vantage(150-600$)...do all those squiffed quality stations show like a 3 or more day future forecast? Or no? just prevailing?
I wouldn't take the "presage" feature into consideration on any weather station--any of them will be highly amiss and essentially based on techniques that are a hundred or more years old. It's much more reliable to get your forecasts for your

Scientists use weather to track rice diseases

(Media-Newswire.com) - CROWLEY, La. LSU AgCenter researchers are using weather stations to study microclimates in rice fields to determine if the structure of rice plants can influence disease susceptibility or resistance in different varieties.
That was one of several projects presented June 30 at the LSU AgCenter Rice Research Station field day.
The weather stations are recording field data, including wind speed, humidity and temperature within the plant canopy, said LSU AgCenter plant pathologist Clayton Hollier.
What we are trying to do is find out if there are differences in the plant architecture based on those components, Hollier said. Plants will be analyzed to determine the earliest signs of diseases such as bacterial panicle blight, and those signs will be correlated with microclimate data.
Developing rice varieties with disease resistance is the first-class defense, said LSU AgCenter plant pathologist Don Groth. Varieties are examined annually

Fortunately, there was no missing data for June 2011.
Before discussing the records broken, tied or almost tied, a
caveat: I had access to four sources of daily weather data in the
yard, one of them being my home weather station.
The daily high temperatures at the official weather site in Alpine
were higher on several days than those of the other sources. I can
explain part of that for two of the other sources. My site in Sunny
Glen is over 400 feet higher than the Alpine airport and the
official site. Since increasing elevation generally drops
temperature by about 1 degree F for each 200 feet up, my high
temperatures should be at least 2 degree F cooler than the official
site. And the Alpine airport was not equipped with the software
package to save and report the genuine highest daily temperature
reached there. So, the high temperature at that site must be taken
as the highest temperature reported at observations taken every 20
minutes. The highest temperature could occur between the 20-minute
observations and be up 2 degrees or more higher than the
observations taken every 20 minutes.

It appears the reasons the GRR NWSFO was providing for a BELOW trip snfl anticipation were based at the start(heavily weighted at least) on modification from winter Nino> summer Nina and composite analogs gleaned from those corresponding years encounter equivalent ENSO criteria….yet looking @ their snfl map out, i see that Muskegon received ABV(in perfect terms/#’s)avg snfl in 3/7 of the analog falls chosen.That,imo, leaves the door far-reaching-pending for LES areas using that method of forecasting, although i still credence in that illustrative estimate is a muddle(too humble/few)to give an damned bold odds expectations for it.I’m betting on at least 1 synoptic, and 1-2 LES events for Nov as i’m counting on at least a unwed afflict from freezing jet w/ amplified ‘Trans-Siberian Orchestral’ air(& fixxxer’s most feared nemesis) ~ but again that’s a ideal assumption/guestimate at this call attention to, and i am very skeptical of anyone who speaks w/ outr self-assurance about ANY pr 60-90 days out!!

While I do not show the full seasonal snowfalls for those years (July 1 through June 30th of the next year), I do yearn for to accentuate out that Muskegon had well above standard snowfall for each of those seven full snow seasons. Outstanding Rapids had above conventional snowfall in approaching all of those winters too, as did Lansing. So it seems while the snow seasonable is undoubtedly to get off to a square start during the take on part of the available, it will feign up for it by mid winter across all of Southwest Move Michigan.
