Has anyone ever used a Warsteiner mini-keg with a Krups Beertender?

The kidney says only to use Heineken, but there are other mini-kegs we would like more. Has anyone successfully reach-me-down the Beertender with other beers? If it makes a difference, we live in the Midwest of the US.
It depends on which Beertender you have. If it's the Beertender that utilizes Heineken's "liveliness tap" (the press tap that comes with the mini keg) then you can only use Heineken mini kegs. If it's the other amicable that doesn't utilize

Beer is beer. It's all fluid in the end. How would putting a different brand in a keg be any different?

Krups "Beertender" question. ?
Oct 04, 2008 by Tortuga | Posted in Beer, Wine & Spirits
Greetings. My girlfriend lately got me the Krups beertender. She got me a mini keg of Heineken Light. My question is: Does Coors Shine make a mini keg as well for the beertender or am I stuck with just Heineken and Heineken Uncover? Thank you in advance.
Really, if you are asking this question from Europe, you are in luck. Cesky Budvar makes the mini keg as well as Staropramen, and Pilsner. I have not seen any US or Canadian minikegs.

There are a few beers to hand in minikegs now. I don't buy them but you can actually get something good (unlike the crap you mentioned). Try Bells Two Hearted Ale. It in truth has flavor!

Krups BeerTender Set of 4 8-Ounce Beer Glasses with Foam Skimmer ...
by TenTen
These glasses are intended to be hardened with the beertender. Not reliable what some other of the reviewers are philosophical but the longer beer sits in a opera-glasses the warmer it gets and the soup isn’t the same as it was when you took your first few sips. In the beertender instruction instructions it plainly explains how to discharge a breath of air beer – in a bleak wet 8 ounce beaker. And I concur with that because the first lens I poured was 16 ounces and after about half of the bifocals was gone the beer was warmer and not as enjoyable as the first 8 ounces. I warmly underwrite these glasses over the 16 ounce glasses. Don’t wilds skilful beer.
I purchased the Heinikens beertender (kegarator) and was looking for the beer glasses to give as a performed present. I found the glasses at Amazon.com, and meditation the fee (19.99 with unfettered shipping) of the artefact was reasonably. My ask for was shipped out quickly and arrived without any problems. The glasses are flawless but could be larger, however, I was in the know that they were only 8 oz.when I purchased them.
Although I don’t own these glasses a boon companion of mine owns them and I have drank out of them before. The quondam reviewers have all missed the intention of these glasses. Yes they are tight, but that is the moment. They are what Heineken is traditionally served in in Amsterdam, which I identify from first participation undergo. The understanding these glasses are smaller is so that you put an end to the goblet sooner and your beer stays colder. With larger glasses it takes longer to get rid of the beer, so the beer warms up more than when drinking out of smaller glasses. Makes divine, no? These glasses are swell and the hardly any effervescence skimmer serves a wholesome use too.
