Does the kitchenaid food processor knead dough properly?

Hey all,
I m planning to buy the kitchenaid 12cup food processor.
I longing to know if it kneads dough for pizza and bread well.... coz that wld be my essential requirement.
Any1 having used the gadget are welcome to portion experiences.

well the KFP750OB comes with what they call a dough poniard, and on their site it says you can knead yeast dough with it. I couldn't find a jpg of this dough cutlass tho, I would hope it looks similar to the dough hook that they have with their effort

No the processor is too supreme and fast to get the proper knead for bread type dough.Hands are the best gimmick for this but if you must use equipment try a bread machine. You do not have to use the baking step by a hair's breadth use it to knead for you. Enjoy your bre

If you have a food processor, you can come close to mimicking a real grinder by placing small chunks of well-chilled meat in the work bowl fitted with the metal dagger. Pulse a few times to get the proper grind, but don't process it too much or the meat will get mushy.

• Is it the ratio of fat? Most grilling books and experts say a burger needs some fat to keep it moist. The general rule calls for 80/20, meaning 80% lean and 20% fat -- a typical ratio for ground chuck. But that doesn't mean you can't use ground round, which is 83/17. And really, I've never had a bad sirloin burger, which is even leaner, with about 11% fat.
