Where can i find instruction manuals for a Nespresso Machine?

I own a Nespresso Turmix C280, but when i bought it, there were no instructions with it! Now it only just sits on the side in the kitchen and i never use it. Does anyone know where i can find instructions for it, or does anyone have one of these machines

Turmix appears to be the trade name of Nespresso in Austria/Germany/benelux countries.

as such all the references are in german.

Can I buy a Nespresso machine from the United States and use it in Singapore safely?

I do not separate much about voltages, Ac etc etc. If I have bought my machine from the US, can it be plugged into the Singapore electrical socket and be cast-off safely?
