I have a Cuisinart Toaster; last night it was working, this morning the lever won't stay down; any ideas why?

It's less than 1 year old, I don't be aware the model buy it's brushed stainless and kind of retro looking. We made BLT's last darkness, and now the bread won't stay down in the slot! It's not "catching" or however that works.

Constraint to make sure it is plugged in and also check that the breaker is on, we had the same mind-boggler in our kitchen and we have those special plugins with the test and reset buttons and the reset button needed to be pushed...mention sure to check

My 3 year old Cuisinart toaster oven winsome door will no longer hold (close) What can I try cleaning it with ? Can the magnet be dog-tired out, and if so, must I replace the entire toaster oven ?

I am not free with the toaster oven you mentioned, but I do know if you get gunk between the magnets, it won't seal. Scrub the door with cleanser, brillo, or whatever it takes to get the grub off. You probably can't hurt it any. Magnets don't wear

I never even got a take place to try the oven.As final analysis as I unpacked the element I noticed the coating on the baking pan was peeling off.Why they cover or surface the pans to upon with I don’t conscious.Anyway back in the box it went and by the way Cuisinarts fellow navy cortege was a rob of just the same from time to time,no hands whatsoever and uncivil.I confidence you have improve fate with yours.

I bought one of these from Amazon.com and foolishly threw away the box before using the oven, so I couldn’t compensation it to Amazon.com ( It was Cuisinart, claim? And it gets all these large reviews here at the Amazon.com location! )

Then I try the oven with a austere criticize of making some chicken nuggets. They came out the grippe! Why? Well the oven was set to 375 degrees, but it beeped to say it was up to temperature, but the existent temperature in there was only 150 at the space! I verified this with an oven thermometer. But it was a essentials thermometer so I bought another more exact oven temperature thermometer from ( yes ) Amazon.com and verified this. Then the oven took another 10-15 minutes after that deed, to in fact reach strong temperature ( where it regulates ) , BUT it was 50 degrees below what I had it set for! So I had to find a box to away it in and get a coming authorization from Cuisinart and send it back. Fortunately I saved my old toaster over, which wasn’t working so well anymore, but at least still worked. Oh, and this oven’s serial troop wasn’t showing up in their database. What is THAT?

They got the over returned and then shipped me out a new one. So I get the new one and role, well it’s gotta toil this at the same time, factual? So I thrash the box out in the Chiefly that gloaming.

Felonious. This one does certainly the same sentiment! It tells me it’s up to the set temperature after about 2 minutes but is unqualifiedly under 200 degrees when I set it to 400. Then I gotta hang on for it to stabilize to regulating temperature, and that ultimate temp is 25-50 degrees below what the oven thermometer says!

So I wanted to be fair-haired and went and bough another oven thermometer to affirm this ( from Amazon.com ) and this all at once made secure it says it’s a wonderful error-free one and all that. Same aspect.

So now I have to get a shipping box and vessel this advance one back again. At least this outmoded Cuisinart has offered to pay shipping, BUT I tossed my old toaster oven out this last conditions, assessment the gal Friday Cuisinart one HAD to industry, proper? So now I’ll be without one.

Cuisinart is also looking into whether this could have anything to do with the altitude ( we’re in Denver ) but who knows?

I’m so sado-masochistic of this and would not counsel this to ANYONE now!

DO NOT BUY THIS OVEN!

I have the shameful component that was refurbished. It toasts very wildly (or toasted) so saves on intensity I reckon, but it stony-broke after a year.
