I'm looking into at the end of the day buying a good stand mixer. I know Kitchenaid is great, but has anyone also acclimatized the new Cuisinart? Does anyone have good comparisons to make between the two? If I'm going to plunk down my metamorphosis

Go with Kitchenaid. They've been making stand mixers forever. They separate stand mixers and they do them well.
Cuisinart is known for its food processors. The stand mixer is an attempt to struggle with Kitchenaid.

after making a set of bread dough, i went to remove the dough entrap and it will not come off. does anyone have any ideas while i wait for a reply from the attendance? thank you!

I judge devise you need to push up on the hook to release the spring and make up it counter clock wise to get the slot lined up and then muscle down.
