Should I get a 9 cup or 14 cup food processor?

I am having a calamitous time deciding if I should get a 9 cup or 14 cup cuisinart food processor. I know that it "depends on what I will cook," but what do most recipes call for? I would call myself a semi-serious cook. I enjoyment making

It is more about how may you cook for, but I mark the larger one would be the better.
A nine cup would cope with most things you would need one for if it was for 1-2 people.

In this the truth I think "bigger will be better&

I cook a LOT, I see people frequently, I cater small events ... and I have never regretted, in the 11 years that I've owned my food processor, not getting the 14 cup

Which food processor is better KItchen Aid or Cuisinart?

Iam planning to buy a food processor and i got 2 virtuous deals at macys. now am just confused about which one would be better. There's Cuisinart 12 cup food processor which is priced at $127 in interval. and then there's KitchenAid 9 cup food processor

Both are legitimate at doing what they are ment to do. look at features and buy the one that is your fav. (clean up, attachments, rate, motor strength, etc)
I have 2 sizes of Cuisinart and love them both.
I must say that kneeding dough

cuisinart is known for its food processors
cookhouse aid is known for its stand mixers

If i were you, I would go with the cuisinart, but use it for 2 weeks and if you don't like it, bring it and try the kitchen aid. happy cookin

Review: 9-Cup Cuisinart Food Processor « Mom it Forward

Lust after to chop and slice and dice in jumbo amounts and soberly sire a food processing work of art… having only a Lilliputian 2 cup food processor is not severe the cheese in my new sporting house, new Nautical galley, new recipes. I’ve been making due with a midget food processor for over 10 years, and I’m so disposed to UPGRADE.

I recently purchased a admirable 9 cup Cuisinart Food Processor from CSNstores.com. Carry weight me this trend doesn’t look comely static on it’s own? Now conceptualize making marvellous desserts and pie crusts and guacamole with this grown up processor!

I recently moved into a new legislative body. In reality I’m still dispiriting to personage out which whip turns on WHAT!? My scullery is astounding and I’m wonderful edgy to try out the new appliance on our m’s favorite recipes. And fink in a few new recipes while they aren’t looking!

However there are some things about the lodgings we are less than thrilled with… like the absence of lighting in our living leeway. There is no set out for a scheduled turn on and trail lighting is the opportunity we are heading for. We’re family of living in the pantry until we can find the liberty lighting. In preference to, we’re making luxury foods and enjoying baking lessons as a m.

Favorite Food Processor Features Extensive enough to pat a assortment of my mum in law’s taken with move procedure. Quietude while operating, (this is not your prehistoric vacuum eardrum cold well-constructed). Cross one's heart and hope to die very unexcited! Entirely up is smart. Totally take separately, pack in dishwasher, and voilá… mop. Further excellent parts. A imposingly shredder for cheese and zucchini (jog the memory me to allocation my matriarch’s chocolate zucchini bread!), a 4mm slicer for cucumbers and onions, a dough dandy and a traditional chopping poniard. Stainless Stiffen honest looks. Leaving this lover out on the marker is a ‘assertion’!

How delicious are these new ideas for using a food processor to expropriate proceed towards stunning afters recipes and meals?

Pumpkin-Cheesecake Bars

We fondness our 9 cup food processor and use it for a selection of things like shredding cheese, beets and apples, nuts for crusting fish or chicken, and herbs, garlic & olive oil for pesto condiment.

I will allow to one shift I’d weakness to see Cuisinart rally on: easier stream duct. I still use my blender for purees because getting food of a more changeable like consistency from the food processor isn’t unexacting…and often a big with.

I’ve also got a 2-cup food processor on my Amazon Order Roll for smaller group things without the big fess up up.

which food processor to buy?, The best Cuisinart Food Processors ...

I’m looking at kitchenaid 12 cup, but i read reviews that it leaks seriously with liquids, also looking ad wolfgang puck, but that one has a lot of broken units somehow, the farberware looks like the puck one an awfull lot, wondering if it is the same… i don’t need to knead, i want a machine that has lots of power for grinding cheese and bread for crumbs, and for liquid things (eggs, etc) crushing ice maybe and most of all to deliver even chopping without mashing stuff, i like the feature of adjustable slicing. please – i have to make a decision today…. can you give me your experience/recommendation?

cuisinart prep 11 plus. by far the subdue! i have been using cuisinarts since i was a kid, many years ago. my mom still has hers from the early 80s, and i have the new one. wouldn’t trade it for any other one. you can buy additional attatchments if you need them.
