Main St., Canandaigua. Tenney will discuss his latest novel, “The
Incense Coast, Piracy Around the Horn of Africa.” The book deals
with the scourge of piracy plaguing Africa’s east coast in the
vicinity of Somalia and centered primarily in the Gulf of Aden and
